LEVEL UP FEST Where wellness meets a dance party of good people doing great things
Saturday · November 21 · 2026  ·  A wellness rave for those who believe in holistic success

Dance Like Tomorrow Is Yours To Design.

Your party days were never meant to be behind you. They just needed to start working for you.

A wellness and house music night that re-energizes a curated group of bold doers — 100% of net proceeds go to charity.

Three phases, one unforgettable night:

Learn amongst like-minded people. Move between wellness speaker stations with a small group we match you to based on your wellness goals, industry, and neighbourhood.

Ground in Community. Keep the conversation going one room away, or integrate through a sound bath meditation experience.

Dance amongst our local leaders. The room transforms with local business leaders getting on the DJ decks and spinning progressive, house and bass.

New introductions, taking care of your body, and partying can all dance together — Vancouver is the place for it.

How the Night Unfolds

7:00–8:30 PMDoors 6:30 PM · Get matched into your group of likeminds

Wellness Breakout Talks Learn

Doors open into a curated floor of breakout stations with entrepreneurs helping people level up all aspects of wellness — physical, mental, and financial. Your group gets three lightning talks with facts around a topic, acting as a lubricant to share knowledge and curiosities with different peers in your circle.

8:30 PMGround Yourself

“Sonic Acupunkture” Sound Bath Meditation Breathe

You may listen to Huberman and read Atomic Habits. You like the idea of flow states but want a new way to get into one — meet Sonic Acupunkture.

Sonic Acupunkture is a guided meditation built on a sound bath, scored by someone who engineers the music himself. Charles “OceanFox” Morgan tunes the frequencies and polyrhythms deliberately, borrowing the audio techniques that make video games hard to put down and pointing them at focus instead. The practice underneath is bhavana, a Buddhist meditation tradition that works through breath and sound.

Lie back, sit up, or stay in a chair. The breathing is gentle — nothing strenuous, nothing physical.

Feeling like meeting people instead? Pop into the co-working space next door for healthy snacks and connect deeper with people in and outside your breakout group.

9:30PM–1:30AMMain Event

The Wellness Rave Show Dance

As the sound bath transforms into a dance music venue, congregate at the main salon as our DJs kick off the night.

Each featured DJ fuels this passion with an inspirational day hustle — a high-performing leader doing their part to make the world spin in the right direction.

Dawn Melody
Sleep & Recovery

Dawn Melody

Most of us know sleep matters — but what if better sleep starts long before we get into bed? Dawn helps you explore the lifestyle of sleep: how our daily environments, evening habits, and the spaces we inhabit shape our ability to rest and recover.

About: Dawn is the founder of Sleep State of Mind, a Vancouver-based sleep and lifestyle platform dedicated to changing your relationship with rest. Through sleep education, editorial storytelling, and her Sleep Architect consulting service, she explores how our environments and everyday behaviours shape sleep quality — blending science, design, and the often-overlooked hours between waking life and sleep.

Ioan Popov
Physical Wellness

Ioan Popov

Ioan’s workshop explores the health blind spots that blood work and wearable data can reveal. He’ll show how personalized insights help you ask better questions about your physical health — and how to harness A.I to safely craft daily health actions across diet, exercise, and sleep.

About: Born with clubfoot and immobile until age 5, Ioan spent 18 years in active physiotherapy, engineering his body beyond function — he’s now a triathlete and bodybuilder. He turned that transformation into Optimability, an AI-powered solution that uses your health data to personalize your training, nutrition, supplements, and more.

Good to Know

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a bar?
Yes — we’ll serve a limited quantity of wellness-focused alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. If you’re picky about what you drink, bring your own and pop it in our fridge (just be open to sharing, or to someone mixing your bottle up with theirs).
Do I need to know anyone?
To buy a ticket, yes — we’ve carefully curated the event to match the right people up and make sure we have the right people in the room. If you want to work something out and go solo, call Paul to explore a fit: 604-809-3188.
What do I wear, and is there coat check?
Wear something you can lie down in for the meditation and, of course, dance in. If you feel like bringing a change of clothes, you can do that and even leave it at coat check.
Can I just come for the music?
One ticket covers the whole night. Come when you like, but the earlier part is where you meet people — and later, you party with a little more purpose and connection than the usual show.
Where are charity net proceeds going?
Based on popular vote (when you buy your ticket), we send 100% of net proceeds to the charity the community votes on. We also encourage donating privately to any of these great charities that promote physical, mental, and financial wellness for people in need.
